"The Curfew" is a street performance or flashmob. A group of security guards dressed in high-visibility leather vests push a giant egg through the city. The other participants are lonely characters wearing masks, and whenever they become too loud, the guards violently try to silence them. While seeking peace and quiet, the guards end up making an even louder mess than the people they attack – an upside-down representation of the institutional violence of the government. At the end of the performance the guards' attitude is changed for the positive by the magic egg and they finish off the performance with a song about how the authorities try to silence anyone speaking up against them. Music by Dóra Halas, lyrics by Krisztián Peer.
