Börek, menemen, aubergine in yoghurt and other Turkish delights for a beautiful sunny morning on a Budapest terrace. Yet again a new collaboration with the gastroblogger Zsófi Mautner, but this time only six female voices from Soharóza, the Pop-up Chix. A unique vocal performance to match the dishes, based on folk music, lullabies and the poppest of pop music from Turkey.
